MY STORY
My name is Irish, the owner and the face behind all these beautiful cakes and delicious grazing set up of FRESH TARTS.
I was born and raised in the Philippines. Move to Canada in 2015. Made new friends, and now have family. My husband is my number one fan and he's been there since the first day of all the planning of "Fresh Tarts". He's been so supportive in every way in this journey. From many years ago I already have the love and desire of baking and creativity. So, in 2021, we officially decided to start little home baking business. A year later, we expanded Fresh Tarts to catering services for "Special Desserts and Yummy Bites" we offer services for grazing table set-up together with a dessert corner set-up in any events.
So now I have successfully blended my love of food, baking, hosting, and creativity into a business that I'm very passionate about. Thank you for following along and we can't wait to GRAZE and BAKE into your next event.

Best Seller Cakes
Cakes are a perfect dessert. It is relished and savored by everyone. They are easy to digest and enhances your taste buds which helps you satisfy the dessert cravings. Filling and Frosting
I use Swiss Meringue Buttercream for all my cakes. It's smooth as silk and melt-on-your-tongue deliciously. Works beautifully as a cake finish and when creating details like flowers or borders. SMBC is a very stable frosting and is commonly used to fill and finish fine wedding cakes. Works like a dream under fondant. Swiss meringue buttercream is probably the most standard buttercream for pastry professionals. It is incredibly smooth, making it an extremely popular choice for icing cakes. I also use fresh fruits for fillings.

Same as the the cake a cupcake is also a perfect dessert or add-ons to your dessert corner. It's individually icing and ready to serve.
Grazing Table
The “Grazing Table” is a tablescape filled with artfully arranged meats, cheese, crudités, antipasti as well as seasonal fruits, vegetables, flowers, decorations, serving utensils, and dishes. It's a relaxed way for you and your guests to mingle without actually cooking and preparing a formal meal.
Grazing Box
The Grazing box is the perfect savory and sweet box. It's good to share and enjoy by many. Ideal for house warming gift, anniversary, birthdays, or on any occasions.
Fruit Platter
These beautifully cut and colorful fresh fruits are a perfect addition to your event. It's also serves as a healthy dessert to all.

We hired Fresh Tarts for our wedding cake Sept 2022! Irish was so professional and kind and pricing was great! I wanted coconut and my husband wanted lemon and so she ended up making us a ridiculously delicious lemon cake with coconut buttercream icing!! OMG it was so good! She also ended up being hired by my sister who had a Pokémon cake made for my nephews 7th Birthday this past June! All around wonderful service and great deserts. 5/5!
